Adam Hayes has an Anti-Money Laundering Officer and Deputy who ensures that all Money Laundering regulations are adhered to. All new members of staff are required to complete anti-money laundering training.
All deposits are held in respect of Assured Shorthold tenancies with the Deposit Protection Service. As members of the DPS, tenants and landlords benefit from cost-free deposit arbitration service if needed.
