Longer Opening Hours
We realise that our clients work different hours of the day so to accomdate this our telephone lines are open 24/7 and we arrange viewings 7 days a week.
By having this flexibility it allows our buyers and tenants to view our properties at times that are convenient.
With London being such a multi- cultural city we are proud to say our staff come from a number of diverse backgrounds and between us we speak English, Turkish, French, Arabic, Farsi, Urdu and Italian. Our staff have also been sent on a sign language course and can communicate in basic Sign.
Accompanied Viewings & Video Feedback
All our viewings are accompanied with feedback given to our clients on the same day either by phone or video. We use a software where we communicate through Web Cam or through our phones record a short video which can be emailed to our clients with the message.
We pride ourselves on maintaining relationships with our clients which we have successfully built over the past ten years.
All our calls are answered within two rings and our phone lines are open 24/7 and by outsourcing our unanswered calls after we close we are informed about any potential emergencies, offers and instructions that clients may have not felt comfortable leaving on an answer machine.
Newsletter & Online Magazine
Our local newsletter is delivered to 40,000 households in the immediate area. This is a really effective marketing tool for us because it engages with the local population - not just about us, but issues that are of genuine interest to local homeowners, such as letting tips, tax changes, compliance issues etc. Our aim is that they will always feel well-informed and look forward to receiving the next edition. To coincide with this our e-magazine Adam Hayes Life is emailed every month to our large database of clients including landlords and tenants keeping them up to date with news on the property market and making them aware of any opportunities and further services available to them.

We have invested in the latest professional photography equipment enabling us to take exceptional photos of our property providing consistency which has provided us with fulfilling our full marketing potential.
Virtual Tours & Colour Floor Plans
Each of our properties benefits from a high quality virtual tour, which our clients love. Virtual tours allow buyers and tenants to navigate around properties before they view, thus reducing the risk of wasting their time by showing them properties where the layout of the property will not work as well for their needs.
As we don’t “embellish” our tours, tenants are less likely to be disappointed by some aspect of reality when they actually view. Our colour floorplans re-emphasise this and allows tenants to get an idea of sizes as well as the layout of the property before a viewing takes place.
Going the Extra Mile & After Care
It is our long term plan to exceed people expectations of an Estate Agent. We offer a free key holding service to our tenants and buyers. This gives them the opportunity to keep their keys locked securely on our premises and should they ever get locked out our need a contractor to gain access we will hold a spare set of keys for the property regardless of whether we manage the flat or not.
