Navdeep started his career in financial services in 2006 after a successful career as a commercial pilot after leaving university with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. Navdeep set up White Lion Financial Services in 2008 with the aim to provide a professional and tailor made service with the client at the heart of the entire decision making process. The partnership with Adam Hayes Estate Agents in early 2011 is seen as the highlight of the company's success to date.
